Quality assurance
As one of the leading job coaters in Hungary, we introduced a quality management system according to ISO 9001 in 1999.
Adapting to the expectations of automotive customers we have been operating a quality management system certified to ISO/TS 16949 since 2005 that ensures the fulfillment of the high automotive requirements.
Continuous laboratory checks, modern testing and measurement technology, quality control and automatic computer control of the production lines all contribute to a reproducible quality.
Our laboratory is equipped with every measuring and analysis instrument that is necessary for the supervision of the different bathes and coatings. (e.g. salt spray chamber, humidity chamber, X-ray coating thickness gauge, colorimeter, glossmeter etc.). They enable the quality control during production as well as the necessary tests for initial sampling.
We provide access to the datasheets of our coatings in the IMDS system (International Material Data System) for our customers.
