Phosphating

A microcrystalline zincphosphate layer is created on steel parts in barrels or on racks. Additional oils can be applied on the phosphate layer that provide good temporary corrosion protection or serve as a proper primer for further operations like rubber moulding.

Guaranteed coating weight: 3-8 g/m²
Coating thickness: 1-4 μm
